Re: Are there any good SFS pills?!?       06/09/04 08:00 AM Edit Reply Quote ibsgrl Reged: 04/18/04 Posts: 1060 Loc: Canada Hi guys, I was asking the other day which SFS was the best to take, and Bev replied giving me a great rundown of the different types...ANYWAY, my point being that she said Benefiber now comes in chewable tablet form - so I don't know if that's an option for you?
