Here's something       06/06/04 07:54 PM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered I fount that lately with taking a SFS. It fills up your tummy and really expands so I have it and then i'm not interested in eating anything else cause I feel full plus the tummy starts to shrink so you can't eat as much anyways. I'm also on meds that make me feel full (Wellbutrin) and makes me want to vomit sometimes too so if you are taking any meds see if they have any side effects. Don't worry it's best to eat small meals anyways and when you eat bagels they are so compressed that you are getting a heck of a lot more food from it than you think. Don't forget too that peoples appetites usually go down in the summer anyways. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
