I actually hadn't thought of an energy drink or anything, but I may read a few labels when I go shopping tomorrow. A friend of mine had recommended the occasional Ensure, but I have no idea if they're IBS-friendly or not. I guess I'll know soon enough. And yes, I'm able to eat quite a few things beyond the ultra-safe list, I just have problems even wanting them right now.
I'm sorry to hear you've had the same problem, but I do find it encouraging that your appetite is picking up. I have hope! Heh.
