i was going to start taking some melatonin. still thinking about it. i have HUGE sleep issues. what helps is my Ambien. i'm a whole new woman since i started it last week. i can never express how different life is now!

other tricks i follow, since i have read that the best approach to getting good and deep sleep is by doing more than one thing:

Ambien, of course

Revitalizing Sleep Formula

a lavender sachet or pillow on the bed (the scent of lavender is supposed to be sleep-inducing)

cut out cafienne before noon

calcium and magnesium supplement before bed

i also am going out to get a sleep mask. LS swears by hers- i just have been in the house and too worn out to go shopping for one. may buy one online!
