Don't take it as a worry - take it as a gift. Remember, every pregnancy is different. This one may be night and day from your first one. As for vitamins and the diet and the "D", just take it a day at a time. I know the worries about miscarriage. Que Sera. There is nothing really that you can do to control this - if it is meant to be, your baby will be just fine. That's the attitude I took. I even had bleeding and a threatened miscarriage this time. The Doc said either it will stop, or you will miscarry. Nature takes care of itself. I hope this helps - not scares more. As for the OCD - I admit I'm downright terrified. I have lived in fear so long. I am now realizing how much it has dictated my life and it's very frustrating. I want to stop ... but I know it's a process. I have found meds that help and the IBS is improving as a result. I'm a germ and virus freak. Do you know any websites where there are nice discussion forums like this one?
