If you're looking for bottled beverages or fast food fountain drinks, there's not many that are totally safe for us. But there are tradeoffs. Like the worst would be Diet Coke -- three strikes against it, caffeine, carbonation and artificial sweetener. Snapple Ice Tea has one strike, caffeine. Some drinks are safe except for High Fructose Corn Syrup which bothers some people. So it's kind of a matter of pick your poison and know that you're cheating and might trigger an attack.
