Hey LauraSue - thanks for the welcome and info. I've written down the list of "Trigger Foods", "Soluble Foods" and "Insoluble Foods". I have a doctor's appointment today to talk about this and will be taking in the list to show her. It's good that you do alot of walking! I walked about a mile last night, felt really good and that I was doing something proactive, especially since yesterday was my worse attack ever. Sometimes even the small pleasure things can mean the world to you! Keep up the walking...and you are definitely in the right city to do it in.
