Just for a day -- just a day -- try not taking it at all, and see if that doesn't help with all the gas. Then add it back in after you are all "cleared out." I agree with Kelly about the oatmeal; it should go down real well. But wouldn't you like a nice piece of grilled salmon or maybe some plain white tuna out of the bag (I like the bag much better than canned, it's fresher). I lost ALL the gas (and the bloating) when I stopped the Acacia. Give it a try, just for one day.
