Here's a couple things that have worked for me in that situation: small bowl of mashed potatoes bowl of oatmeal white bread or english muffin torn up into pieces with a little strawberry juice poured on it bowl of rice with cilantro and diced chicken tuna on toast Tip: stuff always tastes better if someone else made it.
