Ok, you heard the basics from everyone else, don't drink on empty tummy, soluble fiber first, everyone is different, blah, blah, blah 
I love seven and sevens, but the carbonation in the seven up is hard on me, makes me bloaty and gassey. I do better with white wine, I like the sweeter wines like the Zinfindals (SP??) I do ok with a couple glasses of wine but if I get DRUNK thats when I have problems.
