I was reading the ingredients on TONS of cereal yesterday and the only thing I noticed in cookie crisp was fructose and chocalate liquor(I think thats what it was) Then at the end it said "Contains wheat products" I was wondering why it didnt also say Contains milk products because of the chocalate liquor. Chocolate doesn't mean it has milk in it. Plain chocolate is from a cocoa bean, it's just that many times people add milk to it to sweeten it. So unless you see milk in the ingrediants, it has none
