When I got to the level I felt good at and stayed feeling good, that's when I quit upping my level. I take 2 T of Citrucel Clear Mix 2 times a day (4 T total daily). According to the package, it says 1 scoop (1 heaping tablespoon) = 2 grams of fiber. Well, according to that, I don't know exactly how many grams I take, but I know I feel good at 4 T a day, so I'm not messing with it! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
