I learned not too long ago that Ghirardelli's hot chocolate is actually dairy-free!! It's old-fashioned, so you're supposed to add your own hot milk to the mix, but if you add soy or rice milk instead it's totally safe! And it's sooooo yummy. It comes in a few flavors. Here's the one I bought: Before this I always made my cocoa the old-fashioned way, using the recipe on the Hershey's cocoa can. I still do that sometimes, because you can add some vanilla or almond extract and make that taste really yummy.
