I am not sure it helps with my tummy directly, but it helps keep me more "even" which in turns helps the tummy! I have tried the anti spasm drugs like Bentyl, Librax and Levsin and they didn't help me. I also take Ultracet for the pain, it is a prescription but isn't a narcotic. -------------------- Taking it one day at a time..... Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
