Thanks for giving me that info! It's definitely goin to make me feel better going to the doctor with some info that i can just show her and maybe try different things to see if any of them help. I started takin the peppermint caps and drinking the tea but then i got acid reflux and can't have that anymore. I actually had a pepp. tea this morning cause i had a bad stomach morning with D but then fought all day with the acid reflux even after taking my pantoloc so that wasn't too fun. Guess i'll just stick with my chamomile tea! I've also been thinkin about the anti-deppresant cause for the last almost year i've kinda felt like i've been in a bubble and everyone around me is having all this fun and i'm just not. Dunno if its cause of not feeling good but even when i am feeling alright i'm always worried that i'm going to have an attack. I don't get worked up over it really anymore i just think if i get to excited and happy its gona make my stomach hurt cause its really sensitive to my emotions and then is it really worth it. But i really do miss having fun and acting crazy like a normal 18 year old should. I'm always being told that i'm so much more mature then my age but i honestly don't think that is ALWAYs a good thing. I dunno...i'm just writing what i'm thinking at the moment...maybe i should do this more and let it all out. we'll maybe i should look into a diary cause this rambling could get kind of annoying Okay i'll finish this off!
