especially when unrelated to the times you're having abdominal symptoms, is not typical of IBS at all. I'd insist your doc send you to a specialist if she can't figure out what's going on. Telling you just to learn to live with it is completely unacceptable. Some of your symptoms do sound like IBS, and you may well have that, but something else on top of it is likely causing your dizziness, and that needs to be figured out.
