Hi there and welcome back!
Were you properly diagnosed in the first place? For this, you NEED to have a blood test, stool sample test AND a colonoscopy. These are NECESSARY! If the answer is no, then go back to your doc and insist you have them. IBS can only be diagnosed by ruling everything else out. Also, even if you have been properly diagnosed, you should get tested again whenever your symptoms change dramatically for the worst.
Are you following the diet now? If not, I'd go back to it. And get a soluble fibre supplement - if you do have IBS, then you're IBS-A (alternating) so a supplement is extra important. It'll help prevent both the D and the C.
Nausea is definitely a symptom of IBS and some of us get dizziness as well (but you NEED to be checked uot properly). If you don't get heartburn, try ginger for the nausea. Or you can get homeopathic remedies for nausea that are very helpful. With the dizziness, make sure you eat little and regular, don't stand up quickly or move too fast, avoid hot baths/showers/rooms. If you get dizzy, just lie down FLAT or sit with your head between your knees. This should make it go away after a while. But you might want to get your ears checked out too, as ear infections, etc can cause dizziness.
Good luck!
