I had to talk to my Dr., but i am now Rx'ed Paxil. It has helped so much!!! I honestly think my IBS caused my anxiety. I was afraid to go anywhere that I did'nt know where the bathroom was. I hated to go anywhere with new people b/c they wouldnt understand.I completely feel your pain. I know taking meds might not be what you wanted to hear but deep breathes, yoga, etc...never touched my anxiety for me. I was even anxious about using public restrooms b/c everyone would hear my bum exploding Hope this helps. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
