Okay..so I was going to go food shopping and I was almost out of vitamins but didn't feel like going to the health food store, so I researched big brand name vitamins online. I found out that most of the centrum vitamins have lactose in them! AND..the kids chewable vitamins of most of the brands have Aspertame (sp?) in them. SO watch out! The One A Day vitamins seem to be safe, though! I picked out the One A Day Essential vitamin, as it is a little smaller/easier to swallow for "young adults"/people with difficulty swallowing pills. So I just wanted to let you guys know because I know people, including myself, have asked about vitamins before and I don't want you to get a bad kind!! Okie Dokie..hope this helps!
