I can eat cheese,drink milk,eat bread,and many of the things lots of people cant with chronic ibs. Im starting to think that my sometimes D sometimes C is all to do with my panic and anxiety attacks.. a nervous tummy.not related to food at all??? I only thought it colud be ibs as it started when i stopped my SSRI antidepressants for panic attacks. I went to my doctor yesterday and hes put me back on them. so maybe il b a little more relaxed. Although all this new theory ive found doesnt answer why once in a blue moon,every 8-12 weeks i get awful stomach cramps very intense low abdomen and have D for a few hours,then im C for few days. Could this just be a normal thing that happens every now and again?! i dont know what ive got wrong with me now!? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
