A great lunch that you can bring is either turkey or chicken breast sandwiches on french or sourdough bread or in a wrap with a little mustard on them! (Try to keep away from mayo). If you can tolerate lettuce that add a little of that, with some veggie based cheese as well. Also, any form of baked tortilla chips or baked lays works, and perhaps some baggies of cereal that is safe would be good too! A question that I have actually is whether or not tuna fish is ok for people with ibs. I never put mayo in mine because I hate it, I put tuna with celery and pickles cut up in little tiny peices, add a little celery salt and a dab of spicey brown mustard! is this ibs safe? -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
