glad you found us and that you're noticing such a change on the diet. it IS so simple of a thing, isn't it!? kinda makes me mad doctors don't focus more on things like nutrition, but i try not to dwell on that. just glad Heather chose to share what worked instead of just keeping it to herself.
good luck with the colonoscopy. if you've been reading here for a little while, you've probably seen that the procedure itself is no biggie, but the prep kinda sucks. just take the day off on prep-day. TRUST ME. even if you're one of the rare people who doesn't spend the day on the toilet, you'll still appreciate the break. (Tip: tell anyone else in the house at t ehtime to stay out of your way!)
