Do you like fish, Tara? I eat that, but not meat, and it's a great source of proteins and other good stuff. Or, if you can get it, Quorn (a vegetarian meat substitute) is great - it's really tasting, takes on lots of flavour from herbs/spices and is low in fat. It's like comfort food to me - no yucky feelings like with meat!

Sandwiches are a good way of having a balanced meal - have some fish or Quorn or whatever and some veggies - sliced avocado is safe, yummy and good for adding calories to a sarnie.

Or vege burgers would be good. Or how about a bowl of pasta - you could add some tapenade, tomato paste, soy mozzarrella... loadsa options!

Glad you've worked out why so much weight loss. Why not set yourself a timer to go off every 2-3 huors and make yourself eat something then? That'll stop you forgetting to eat from not being hungry.

Good luck!
