EQUALACTIN ROCKS.       04/22/04 12:46 PM Edit Reply Quote jenX Reged: 08/11/03 Posts: 3252 Loc: Richmond, VA if you do a search of the boards with a nice long time frame, you'll see many of us singing the praises of Equalactin. it's soluble fiber and you chew 'em up. some of us consider that our "Emergency Kit." i keep some in my purse (and some in my glove box as of yesterday) and use them in case i have an attack or if i'm out and going to eat something sketchy (chew up 2, have a glass of water, hopefully no worries. ). i've never heard of the other one-- i'm of no help, there. -------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
