I just had the upper GI a couple months ago, not much fun! I am IBS C and I was pooping out the white barium stuff for over 2 weeks!!!! Be sure to drink a TON of water, you do NOT want that stuff to dry out in your colon! Try to keep moving around, go for a long walk to help break up and get out some of those bubbles.
