Yep. And welcome. As you puzzle this diet out, you will realize that food choices actually open up to you. Yeah, you have to eliminate some stuff, but there's tons of convincing substitutions, and you won't feel so deprived. Besides, once you are feeling better, you'll be able to occasionally treat yourself with a SMALL amount of something after a safe meal. (Mine's chocolate). Remember, we're here for you!
