ok, basically, i feel like i can't eat anything. so i understand i'm supposed to eat rice and yams for a few days, ok. but my question is, will i EVER be able to eat things like green apples, eggplant, and carrots again? i used to eat these all the time, and even when i had IBS in the beginning, but i feel like i'm getting worse and more and more foods are getting added to my "don't eat" list. this is depressing the hell out of me... actually when i was 17 i tried to kill myself over it and had to have my stomach pumped. it sucked, but i'm starting to give up again and i don't want to... i dunno... i guess just, how long do i have to do the diets before there are results? how bout the hypnotherapy? and has anyone here actually TRIED colonic irrigation? regularly, not just once?
