Odd that you ask. Just this morning another gal asked how to LOSE! I also need to drop a "quick 20," and I'm having trouble doing it.
My doc keeps telling me, "calories in, calories out." If you consume more than you burn off, you're gonna gain weight. So, Girlfriend, EAT! Manga, manga!
That doesn't mean consuming FAT. It means consuming CALORIES. Take, for instance, my recipe for Chocolate Banana Frostie (see the Recipe Board). It's VERY low in fat -- only 8%! -- but high in calories (about 350). If you don't burn off those 350, guess what......
