In regards to the fennel seeds, what is the best way to make the tea? Should you crush them some how or is the whole seed OK? If they should be crushed how the heck to you do it (I've tried many things now to no avail) If they should be crushed do they lose any potency if stored crushed? (Like if I crushed my whole days worth in the morning-is that OK?) How much is required for a 'strong' cup of tea? Can you (should you) add anything to it? I'm not terribly crazy about the flavor-especially in the mornings. Thanks for your answers
