Tea (black or green) is actually a specific plant. "Herbal teas" are really a misnomer - they don't usually have real tea in them at all, they're just other plants. The proper name for herbal teas is actually tisanes, but that's just not in common use.
So, short answer is yes, you can use the Tummy Teas without any worries you'd have about real tea, because they don't contain any real tea at all. They're just peppermint or fennel, two plants that are unrelated to real teas.
