Hi, girlfriends (and boyfriends too!)

Thought I'd just drop by this afternoon and spend a little time hanging out here. I haven't had a migraine since LAST FRIDAY! WOOHOOO!!! Don't ask me why, probably those dang sunspots again!

I remember a post this week about how many of us IBS-ers have migraines. The link is that they are both disorders of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), so there's a lot of overlap between the two. Same with fibromyalgia and CFS, our other two favorite ANS disorders.

As far as IBS goes, still doing fine, no D. Pushed the envelop a little this week with two slices of pizza but lived to tell the tale. (Fortunately the cheese doesn't usually trigger me WHEN I'M STABLE but sometimes the grease does. Superbowl Sunday year before last was a horrible pizza triggered attack!)

My dear hubby continues to cook yummy safe foods for me. I am so lucky to have him. Of course it has taken me 23 years to break him in!!
