Abby, do you know how to calculate the percentage of fat per meal? That's the crux. Each meal has to be under 25% fat -- total for the whole meal. It's a simple calculation. You take the number of grams of fat and multiple it by 9 (the number of fat/calories). Divide that figure by the total number of calories, and you get the percentage of fat in that meal. If you have several items in one meal, you calculate each, and average them all out. For example, if your Mocha Fudge is 35% fat (and it will be), while it's more than the 25%, the bread you have beforehand is maybe only 14%, so your meal averages out to be under 25%.

Joseph ate one cookie, you're right, but he ate SORBITOL! One cookie couldn't do that, but SORBITOL could!
