Re: What Priobiotic are you taking?       04/11/04 11:30 AM Edit Reply Quote JosephC Reged: 01/25/04 Posts: 125 Loc: Kansas City Sorry about the time in getting back to you.:) The problem is GasX and Immodium help after an attack or help alleviate it during the day, but I have the worst gas in the early morning right when I wake up. It usually leads to a movement very soon afterwards (If I awake at 7am, I'll probably have to go by 7:15am). My biggest IBS problem is Gas, so whatever I can take to help prevent it as much as possible is what Im looking for (I've kinda always had a gas problem. So Im thinking I might be missing something in my body) I'll look into those suggested (Im also looking to getting the hypno tapes to see if even THAT helps me get mind over matter) Thank you again, Joe Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
