Before I was officially diagnosed with IBS yesterday, this website was such a Godsend. I was just reading the replies to my posting & the postings to "Does anyone else get scared" and I am just so incredibly greatful to each and everyone of you. My foods are Meatlovers pizza, graham crackers, pork chops (3 bites, if I had eaten any more I would have probably had to be hospitalized) and I am still learning and this is one of those learning by experience is not pleasant:).
