Welcome! I just wanted to let you know that I have had IBS for many years. Started when I was very young. However it got ten times worse after my second child. My second pregnancy was very hard. I was sick...(morning sickness) the hole time. So it was really hard on the gut. After I had my baby I started to think I had the flu bug....well it never went away. During that same time I had some REALLY stressful things happen in my life and that as well added to my extreme IBS flare up. That stress is gone now...thank god!!!!! But the IBS isn't. I'm hopefull that when I get pregnant again here in the next year or so...that it will calm down again. That sometimes happens too. With my first child my IBS was better after I had him.
So I think that pregnancy has a lot to do with it. Was your pregnancy hard???
