Anxiety is a terrible foe! It sounds like right now, IT is what has you by the throat. Dont let it take your life over, you have to get on the diet and I promise in a few days you will be feeling much better, I did. And I thought I would never be able to eat anything again. It helped me, it has helped others in much worse condition than I was in,as you will read. It will help you too. Dont ever give up. See your doc about the anxiety, try to stay away from Paxil if you have weight gain issues. Other than that, get some help with the anxiety girl.
