Last night I had a chicken breast baked in the oven with PAM (no OIL), paprika and parsley along with 1 cup of noodles with garlic salt (again no oil). When I took the chicken out of the oven, my boyfriend's food wasn't ready yet so I basted it with it's own juices, covered it and put it back in the oven on warm. After I ate it I had a lot of cramping and a little pain in my stomach almost like I was going to have an attack but I didn't. Do you think it was because I basted it and put its own fat back on it? Next time, should I leave it dry and pat the juices off? Thanks for your opinion. I've been doing so well and was a little discouraged last night:)
