Re: Boost/Ensure for weight gain?       04/10/03 03:51 AM Edit Reply Quote ecmmbm Reged: 02/23/03 Posts: 1622 Loc: North Carolina My son Luke does not eat well and we use Ensure for him, but just a warning that Ensure Plus (for weight gain) literally has oil in it to add fat/calories! Didn't realize this until after trying it, gave him awful diarrhea. There is dairy in there but very little, he is sensitive to dairy but handles the regular Ensure and Ensure High Calcium fine.
