What I would recommend is doing it on a mini trampoline. A relative of mine just got a "rebounder" and loves it. Its zero impact and allows you to jump & run. Since these are usually activities that put a lot of strain on your knee - have the ability to do them with zero impact would be safer. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
