Oh I am soooo excited. My very first IBS book, now I can get educated. I've decided I am gonna rule IBS it is NOT gonna rule me. My husband bought me the IBS cookbook of Heather's (suppose to be a surprise) bless his heart. As some of you know I am presently in Canada (born here) married my Joshua who is in NC and am awaiting my I129F to be approved to get my K3visa to go home to him we got married Oct 3-2003 I last saw him Jan4-04 I miss him anyhoo he bought me the book he is SO SUPPORTIVE. tata gals
