Re: Great book for Crohn's and Colitis       04/05/03 12:37 PM Edit Reply Quote Heather Reged: 12/09/02 Posts: 7799 Loc: Seattle, WA Hi - There's a great book by Jill Sklar called the First Year Crohn's and Colitis - here's the link at amazon web page Jill is actually a friend of mine, she has Crohn's, and she's a medical writer by profession. So the book is from a patient's perspective but she's got the knowledge and research of a health practitioner. She's also moderated IBD boards for years. Her book has gotten great reviews and even a write up in the New York Times. I found it really helpful for me to better understand IBD even though I don't have that disease.
