Re: Anybody???       04/03/03 06:07 PM Edit Reply Quote June Reged: 04/03/03 Posts: 6 Loc: Illinois I recently bought Heather's book "Eating for IBS", and liked her recipes. -BUT- My husband has Crohns and the book does not seem to apply to him. He does not have dietary restrictions, but when his Crohns flares up, he suffers great pain from intestinal blockage. Relief for him is a stay in the hospital. Food is not a "trigger". He takes a lot of medication for his disease, and the photos remind me of ulcers, except it is located specifically between the large and small intestines. Hope this clears up any confusion of IBS and Crohns. If it's allowed in this forum, I could mail you the book. ....June Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
