Shirl, what are you doing for a soluble fiber supplement? I have your symptoms whenever I modify mine, such as increasing the dosage. You really have to do it SLOWWWWWLY. I also had the problem when I switched from one kind to another.

Are you drinking all your water with the supplement? Ya gotta have that water, ya know. The fiber won't work without the water.

Fennel tea doesn't help me either when I'm really blown out.

Are you eating the same thing for the past 2 days, maybe something that's causing the gas that you're not aware of? Try to narrow it down to what you ate or drank the day before. Do you keep a food diary? That's always helped me; I can always pinpoint the culprit when I look back at my journal. (I've been keeping this thing for over 2 years now -- I'm on Volume 6.)

Switch your diet around a little; eat something different from what you had the past few days, think about that supplement, and water, WATER, WATER!
