Bananas!       04/03/03 01:36 PM Edit Reply Quote ConcreteAngel Reged: 02/12/03 Posts: 612 Loc: New Jersey,USA Okay ever since Ive had Ibs, ive literally been afraid of fruit! It seems like fruit never agrees with me so i always stay away from it. Well, my mom bought bananas the other day and ive heard from heather that they are okay for ibs. i was shaking when i unpeeled it, because i was so afraid that it woould send me in a spiral of attacks, but i did it. i only ate half, but i enjoyed every last minute of it and it tasted delicious, and viola!
