If you need to talk to your boss, I'd take The First Year in with you and have it in your bag so you can whip up Heathers graphs and stats if he starts saying "but that's all the mind...". Luckily for me, my boss has never pulled this one, but even so, they're not exactly happy about me being off sick (someone has to cover my work every time I am!).
