Re: Im new and I need some advice       03/10/04 05:53 AM Edit Reply Quote Unregistered Hi!! welcome aboard I haven't been here very long myself but you will find you get a lot of good advice. I have tried the ensure drink before and at least for me I could not get it past my lips.I also lost about 7 lbs. in which I could not have afforded. I only weighed 98 lbs. to begin with then lost 7 lbs. I have managed to gain 4 lbs. back within the past few weeks. I eat a lot of tortillas (fat free, no lard) and shredded hashbrowns wraps. I eat alot of rice, and pasta and french bread. I think you'll find alot of us eat tons of rice, potato, and pasta. Be careful about what you put on these however.
