Thanks for the reply. I've seen many doctors about this condition and I am aware of what low blood sugar is. In the post, I said I recently found out. I dont mean yesterday. I supected low blood sugar a while ago, maybe more than a year! My mom is also hypoglycemic which makes me even more sure. I just never thought much about it untill now. Plus Im almost 100 percent certain because I have every single symptom of low blood sugar.The whole description fits me.I even use my mom's glucose machine and test my sugar. I think many people who think they have IBS may actually have low blood sugar instead. Thats why I posted to the forum. I believe I have a Chromium Deficiency. I think you should read up on Chromium Picolinate for it can help in glucose matabolism. That might be one of the only few things I need. As a note though, I am going to go see a dietian. I am also going to have other test done to make sure there are no other hidden problems. I read a lot of health books and do a lot of research online. Natural Healing books are good all around books also. They do cover IBS in there as well. Yes, I actually find it enjoyable to read up on this stuff. To me getting in good health is like a puzzle. hehe Thanks again!
