Linda,
I want you to know that you'll be in my thoughts - I'm very touched. Please don't let these sad days get you too far down. It is enough to get anyone down, and it's perfectly normal for you to be sad and for it to affect you physically, but do your best to lighten the load. The news is beyond our controls, but what we decide to do about it is not. Don't skip meals, it will make your next meal excruciatingly painful! Eat at least some apple sauce, rice, rice cereal, etc. throughout your days. Don't forget to drink lots of water. Above all, it is important in times like these to be true to yourself and others you love. Be sure to keep people around you who are supportive, and to show them your gratitude. Show your afflicted loved ones that you do love them, and do what is in your power to help them, and don't forget that that includes you! And if you ever feel like you are alone through all this, know that you are not, 'cause you can fall back on yourself for strength, and of course, you have us. Talk to us whenever you want! Tell as much or as little as you need to. Hang in there! I'm hoping for the best in all four cases!
