I also recently posted on the IBS recipe board. I have tried it, (I am IBS-C) and it gave me D, however, I am trying it again as I am on meds that make my C worse, and it seems to be good. Also, everyone reacts differently to different fibre supplements. Did you buy the pills? The powder is yucky (unless you mix it in a smoothie).. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
