Chris:
I can't tolerate any dairy at all. I also don't eat condiments becuase of the vinegars and weird additives. So I basically only eat foods in their natural states, a little bit of oil and salt (no margarine or butter), safe seasonings like basil or oregano (no hot peppers!), potatoes, yams, rice, carrots, cooked spinach, applesauce, pears, mangoes, zuchinni, turkey, chicken, salmon, avocado (in small amounts). I don't eat gluten (no rye, barley, kamut, spelt, wheat, seitan), no soy, no coffee, chocolate, tea, absolutely no sugar, no corn or corn products.
Sounds boring, but it's what I need to do to stay healthy and have a life! Oh yeah, and only water purified by Reverse osmosis. Hope this helps!
